I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always eager to assist me whenever I needed it. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of options. Plus, the hotel's location in the center of this city was perfect. It was within walking distance of the downtown shopping area and there were plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area to choose from.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Good choice of breakfast.

No proper lounge bar. The bar on the second floor which was there in July has been closed and the Club Bar on the 23rd floor which doesn't open till 9.00pm actually did not open at all whilst we were there. All they could offer was a few cold beers and wine from a larger fridge situated just outside the Japenese Restaurant on the ground floor. Ridiculous for a hotel of this rating.We will not stay here again when we next visit the region.

the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Room service do not work if you don't speak Chinese. Food delivered was cold and not very delicious.

Staying in this hotel was great! the rooms were incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you could need, including a large bathroom with unlimited hot water. the staff was excellent, fixing any issues promptly and making the stay very pleasant. the breakfast menu had a good selection and everything was well-managed. the hotel's location was perfect as it was only a short walk from the shopping district with plenty of attractions in the area.

One minor issue was that some staff members had poor English skills, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, with a nice bathroom stocked with complete amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food choices, including both Western and Chinese cuisine. the hotel was conveniently located near a great foot massage and two excellent restaurants.

The hotel gym is not well-equipped and has outdated equipment, which limited the workout possibilities. The hotel's staff didn't seem to provide assistance with carrying luggage to guest rooms, and TV reception was not consistent.

The size of the room was decent, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. the hotel was located in a central area, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and shops. the gym had all the basic equipment I needed for a quick workout.

The walls were thin, making it easy to hear noise from other rooms and the hallways. the breakfast selection was disappointing, with limited choices and poor quality food.
